Intramural Team Procedure

Sign Up Your Team
Team sign-ups are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis and by a specific cut-off date. All participants must be a full-time/ part-time student of LaGrange College. Graduate Students may participate in intramural sports.

Designate A Team Captain
Team captains need to complete the entry form to include all participant names and L numbers. After choosing a team name, captains are then asked to choose preferences for playing times/days, based on the team's availability. LC Intramurals will do its best to schedule games around your availability. If there is a time conflict with any participating team, an email must be sent to LC Intramural Director within 48 hours. Any team who does not follow this procedure will forfeit the scheduled game.

Attend Team Meetings
A team captain or representative must be present at the sign-up meeting in order to participate. The sign-up meeting will last approximately 15 minutes and will cover rules and regulations of the sport. Teams that do not send a representative to this meeting will be dropped from the league.

Be a Great LC Panther!
All participants are encouraged to promote a high degree of sportsmanship and fair play. Team captains are responsible for their team's behavior. A team may be forced for forfeit a game or be suspended from playing in the intramural sport.
